Malt that Matters

Our pale ale is characterised by its juicy hops, but we’d rather talk to you about our malt. Instead of settling for ordinary pale malts, we chose a heritage variety of Maris Otter, that's been grown in the Cotswolds and malted by hand for over 160 years. The result is a beautifully balanced beer that lets the quality of our ingredients shine.
