A couple of weeks ago, we invited Matt Gray, one of our favourite content creators, to the Small Beer brewery in South London to help us a brew a brand new beer, which will launch this summer exclusively through the Small Beer website.
The video was filmed as part of the 'Matt Gray Trying' series, that's available to stream on YouTube. Matt and his crew spent the day with our head brewer Ben to learn what it takes to brew a mid-strength beer that's positively bursting with flavour.
Watch the video below to see Matt go behind the scenes at London's only B Corp brewery. Over this 20-minute video, you'll see Matt learn about malting grain, get his head around the difference between lager and ale, and even drive a forklift (don't tell health and safety).
