We’ve put a lot of thought and care into making our apparel. We hope you love it as much as we loved creating it, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t meant to be. If you’re looking to size up or down or in the rare case that you are looking to return, please follow the below steps:
WHAT TO DO FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Contact us at info@smallbeer.co with your order number clearly in the subject line, to let us know you will be sending your item back and the reason why

Address your exchange / return to our brewery 70-72 Verney Road, London, SE16 3DH

Make sure that your order reference number is enclosed

Take your item to your local post office*
*Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived at our brewery. As a small, independent business, we are not able to cover the cost of return postage.
Please note that your exchange / return must be unused, with original packaging and complete with tags. We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange / return if this is not the case.
You have 14 days to inform us of your exchange / return, and then the remaining 14 days to send it to us.
You have a 90 day period in which to make an exchange or return in the unlikely event that the item is faulty.
We aim to process all refunds within 28 days of receipt.
If you have purchased our branded cycling jersey via Paria, you must follow their own exchange / returns policy.
